    I was on a family trip, and unfortunately, the experience was less than ideal. The hotel initially did not have our booked rooms available, leaving us waiting in the lobby for hours. When we finally got our rooms, they were not cleaned properly from the previous guests. To make matters worse, one of the beds had screws that fell onto my mother, which was concerning. The promised compensation never came through, and the overall communication with the management was frustrating.

    This accommodation was in the central location very close to the attractions. It was also just off the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, Burj and Downtown, and a night club: D

    Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

    The room offered a view of Burj Khalifa that most definitely brought a sparkle to our eyes. A nice balcony facilitated short breaks in between adventures.

    The check-in was like a chaotic race with other guests filling the lobby. Five nightclubs inside resulted in a constant traffic jam. The breakfast was less than stellar, requiring orders instead of buffet-style self-service, leading to long waits for basic items. The pool area could use a good clean-up. The sunbeds were dirty, not ideal for lounging around.

    Amicable staff and good location right next to a night club, everything was brand-new. Had perfect and clean room with amenities, and I couldn't ask for more. Climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen TV in the room were useful: )

    The room was nice but a lil cramped, awesome view from nearby places and the barrista in the morning was super cool and made great breakfast options. The location is also pretty sweet for exploring downtown! The pool area is pretty chill, with great spots to cool down.

    The new hotel is spotlessly clean and includes a nice swimming pool on the 6th floor right next to the popular Cavo restaurant. Its walking distance to attractions like Dubai Mall makes it a fantastic base for adventure. We loved chilling by the rooftop pool with the amazing views of downtown at night!
